2008 Winter Instructional Program
Our Winter Instructional Program consists of six weeks of training to help introduce young players to the game of volleyball and prepare junior high age girls for their upcoming volleyball season. These are clinics that focus on individual fundamentals and some team concepts. These are not times of just scrimmaging and playing games but rather stress skill development.

What if I need game experience?
Inside Out also offers leagues for 6th, 7th and 8th grade girls. You may sign up as a team or an individual. All leagues are on Sunday afternoons. Leagues consist of playing games; there is no practice for the league teams during the week.
1 Clinic per week $100.00 (6 sessions)
2 Clinics per week $170.00 (12 sessions)
You may start up at any time at a prorated cost. Missed sessions may be made up on other days at either location but refunds are not given for missed sessions or injury. You may also attend individual session for $20.00 each IF there is room.

■ 6 week league.
■ 1 Coach/Official is provided for each court.
■ Teams may provide their own coach if desired.
■ 3 games to 25 each day.
■ Numbered shirts are encouraged but are not required.
■ The last week will consists of a single elimination playoff
■ Maximum 12 teams per division
■ Priority will be given to complete teams over individual sign-ups.
