This summer, Inside Out Volleyball is offering many different camps ranging in age, ability and structure. There are camps for girls entering grade 3 all the way through grade 12. We have All Skills Camps, Setter’s Camps, Hitter’s Camps, and Defensive Specialist / Libero Camps. There is also a boot camp to help prepare you for high school try-outs. Player to instructor ratio is around 8-1 except for boot camp which is higher. All camps are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Beginner All Skills Camp: Grades 3-5
Designed for the player who is just starting to play volleyball or has very limited experience. Focus is on learning all the basic fundamentals and understanding how the game is played.
Date: Wednesday – Thursday, July 2-3
Time: 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Cost: $50 per player - includes camp T-shirt
Limit: 40 players - first come, first serve. Minimum numbers required.
Hitters, Setters, Defensive Specialist & Libero Camp
This camp is geared for the serious volleyball player who wants to focus on improving their defense, hitting or setting. Sign up early as this camp will fill quickly.
Date: Monday - Wednesday, July 7-9
Time:
- DS/Libero 9:30 a.m. - 11 a.m.
- Hitters 8 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
- Setters 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. (July 10-11)
Cost: $60 per player - includes camp T-shirt
Limit: first come, first serve.
High School All Skills Camp: Grades 9-12
This camp is a high intensity training clinic geared towards high school girls (grades 9-12) looking to improve their all around skills and make more of an impact on their school or club team.
Date: Wednesday - Friday, July 23-25
Time: 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Cost: $90 per player - includes camp T-shirt
Limit: 40 players - first come, first serve. Minimum numbers required.
Includes training in: ball control (overhand and underhand passing), individual and team defense, serving, serve reception, attacking and blocking.
Junior High All Skills Camp: Grades 6-8
Date: Monday - Wednesday, July 21-23
Time: 8 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
Cost: $90 per player - includes camp T-shirt
Limit: 40 players - first come, first serve. Minimum numbers required.
This camp is a high intensity training clinic geared towards middle school girls looking to improve their all around skills and make more of an impact on their school or club team.
Boot Camp: Instructor- Dan Potts
This camp is designed to get you ready for high school volleyball try-outs which begin following this week. This is a high intensity camp geared toward high repetitions on basic drills.
Date: August 3, 4, 6, & 7 (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday)
Location: at ISO
Time:
- Session A: All Skills 3:00 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.
- Session B: Setters 5:00 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.
- Session C: All Skills 7:00 p.m. – 8:45 p.m.
Cost: $40 for 4 sessions
Limit: first come, first serve.

Private Lessons
Focus on a specific skill or come to work on them all. Adults and children welcome. Lessons are available by appointment any time. Come by yourself for an hour for $35 or bring a friend for $20 each. Group rates are available as well. Call 231-739-3311 for information or to set up your appointment. Times are flexible, but appointments must be made in advance.
