2008 Fall Instructional Program
What is it?
Our Fall Instructional Program consists of eight weeks of training to help prepare girls for their upcoming junior high school volleyball season and club volleyball which begins in November. These are clinics that focus on individual fundamentals and some team concepts. These are not times of just scrimmaging and playing games but rather stress skill development.

What if I need game experience?
Inside Out also offers leagues for 6th, 7th and 8th grade girls. You may sign up as a team or an individual. All leagues are on Sunday afternoons.
Clinic Cost?
1 Clinic per week $125.00 (8 sessions)
2 Clinics per week $220.00 (16 sessions)
3 Clinics per week $290.00 (24 sessions)
You may start up at any time at a prorated cost. Missed sessions may be made up on other days at either location but refunds are not given for missed sessions or injury. You may also attend individual session for $20.00 each if there is room. Call first!

■ 6 week league plus one practice.
■ 1 Coach/Official is provided for each court.
■ Teams may provide their own coach if desired.
■ 3 games to 25 each day.
■ Numbered shirts are encouraged but are not required.
■ The last week will consists of a single elimination playoff
■ Maximum 12 teams per division
■ Priority will be given to complete teams over individual sign-ups.
There will also be two special one-day clinics on October 11 and November 1 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at Inside Out Volleyball in Muskegon. Cost for each clinic is only $25.00 or attend both for $40.00
